To welcome 35th anniversary of Freedom of Dalat, a photo exhibition was opened on April 02rd at ancient Cadasa villa on Tran Hung Dao street, ward 10, Dalat. Has been established for 20 years with lots of exhibitions over Vietnam, this is the first time Hai Au photography club brings their brainchild to the city of eternal spring.

65 black and white photos showing obviously styles and strong point of woman artists have been placed in space of pine, beside beautiful flowers beds, on the grass and in the precinct of Cadasa. Instead of framing all photos, display in this way will carry the art closer to audiences in order to let them can feel the fervor and woman’s grace reveal from the exhibits. Those are slices of beloved fishermen’s daily life, figure of a mother, sister, children , farmer……on paddy fields in South or on terraced fields in Northwest and remote countryside in Vietnam. This kind of classical art is being transgressed in digital age but it still has an essential position in this club. Ms Dao Hoa Nu, head of Hai Au club, responded: “we usually take a photo by three cameras; one to get colored photo, one to take black and white and the last one to retain a film slide”.
