Son Tra peninsula is a natural ecological area with wild and beautiful beaches such as Bac beach, But beach and Xep beach and Tien Sa beach. Son Tra peak is 693m above sea level. On this mountain, there is 4,370ha of natural forests with many kinds of fauna, including rare animal. Son Tra is not only the nature reserve but also the promising ecotourism area of Danang. The peninsula’s tourism potentials can be developed. Some kinds of entertainment are offered along the beaches with climbing mountain, diving, spring bathing and fishing. Son Tra Dien Ngoc Tourist Street is 20km long was built, opened a new breakthrough for the peninsula. From the city center come to Son Tra follow Ngo Quyen street and Tran Quang khai street about 8km or t ravel by tourist ship in Bach Dang shore. On the other hand, you can rent ships of fishermen in Bach Dang shore (the price is 150,000d to 200,000d/tour)Tien Sa ecotourism resort is located in the west of Son Tra peninsula, an interesting place. Tourist can come to the resort by land. From the city center, pass Han River Bridge, follow Ngo Quyen street to the end of Yet Kieu(near Tien Sa port). Beside beautiful natural scene, tourist can enjoy some kinds of entertainment such as diving, fishing, water-motor, parachute and enjoy seafood that was processed in this place.
