Not only is Danang city famous for attractive sandy beaches but for its delicious specialties. It is advised for tourists to give a try with beef noodle soup which is a very popular dish here.

Its ingredients are thin slices of lean beef, pork trotters, oxtails and cubes of congealed pig blood. All are well cooked before being added into the bowl containing white rice vermicelli. Then broth which is skillful made from pork and beef bone-stewed water and seasoned by shrimp paste is poured covering all the ingredients. The dish is served with fish sauce, raw vegetable, lemon, chilli.

Though beef noodle soup is usually known as specialty of Hue city, this dish in the coastal city of Danang still has its own typical taste that makes it a great delicacy for many tourists and locals alike.
